*How can I view the status of  my order placed?

You can click on the My Accounts tab and log into your account. This page lists all your orders. If you did not create an account you can create one by clicking create account.

*What will shipping cost me?

We pay shipping on all orders $70 or more. Free 2 days shipping via USPS and UPS to the U.S states. If your order is $69.99 and below, you will be charged a flat rate priority of $12.95. **First class mail on small items apply– (Restrictions apply)

Us territories: (Guam, us virgin islands, american samoa, northern mariana islands, Puerto Rico) — free shipping on orders $150 or more “Restrictions apply” — $39.95 flate rate priority shipping on orders below $149.99 “Restriction apply”. Priority 2-3 days.

*Can I have my order shipped C.O.D. or pay after shipping?

COD is not available at the moment.

*Can i call and make an order over the phone if im experiancing trouble on the site?

Yes you can call and we will make you a paypal invice and sent it over for you to pay and will ship asap after.

*How quickly my order process?

We ship orders in the order they are received. Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately, we will however work to ship it quickly.  Orders on saturday and sunday get shipped out on monday morning. Most orders takes 12-36 hours in processing, packing, and finalizing before shipping.

Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, american samoa, Northoren marina island, and US Virgin Islands cannot be guaranteed.

*how fast should i receive my order and how i can track it ?

you will be emailed a tracking number once shipped. Delivery est 3-5 business days. factors vary with carriers.

Billing address HAS to match your address that is associated with your credit card. make sure you enter the right info.

*What is the warrenty on tools purchased from Idealbarbersupply?

WE offer 14 days warrenty on motor and battery. In otherwords, we cover complete failuer within the first 14 days of order date.  Offcourse, the manufacture limited warrenty follow after taking care of any imprefections and minor issues. check on the manufacture warrenty in the footer at the bottom.

*Shippment stuck in trasite and taking a vary long time to get here?
WE can not do much in these cases but to wait and call the carrier to figure out why the package is stuck and taking too long. we also recommend that the receiver make a claim with the carrier as well.

*I Didn’t receive the item (I was out of town, busy ,refused)

1)     If the package is shipped via UPS, you can track the location of your package. When UPS is unable to deliver to your address, they will send you a postcard so that you can pick it up or request another delivery. However, if they are unable to deliver, they will then send it back to us.

2)      If the package is shipped via USPS, the post office will notify you when your package has arrived. You may need to pick it up at the Post Office or the carrier may deliver it to your address. If they are unable to deliver to you, they should send the package back to us. And at that time we will then attempt to contact you via email or phone.

*my package got Lost, stollen, or damaged?

If the package was lost, stolen, or damaged while been shipped by the carrier, the carrier only can assist you with the process of covering back your lost package by making a claim. Please have all the information pertaining to the package ready so you can inform the carrier agent.

*my package is missing items?

customer shall call and make a claim within 12 hours upon delivery in accordance with the tracking number. after the 12 hours, we are not resposible. we will look into our recordes and pictures taken to see if the shortage happend on our end. if so, we will be happy to ship all missing items right a way with no hesitation.

*SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • USPS Priority Mail : Delivery within 2-4 business days + 12-36 hours to process the order.
  • UPS Ground : 3-5 business days +12- 36 hours to process the order.
  • All orders require 12-36 hours processing time before shipping.
