What will shipping cost me?

We pay shipping on all orders above $70. Free 2 day shipping via USPS Priority Mail to all U.S states. If your order is under $70, you will be charged $12

 

Can I have my order shipped C.O.D. or pay after shipping?

COD is not available at the moment.

 

How quickly are my orders processed?

We ship orders in the order they are received.

Occasionally, we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time. If this occurs, your package may not ship immediately, we will however work to ship it quickly.  In most cases your order ships within 6-24 business hours on regular working days. Orders on saturday get shipped out on monday.

All orders require 6-24 hours processing time before shipping.

Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed.

Order tracking: Please wait for 24 to 72 hours after your package has been shipped for tracking to be updated by email.

 

how fast should i receive my order and how i can track it ?

we use 2 day usps priority mail on all orders. you will be emailed a tracking number once shipped. Delivery time 2-5 business days, factors vary.

I Didn’t receive the item (I was out of town, busy ,refused)

1)     If the package is shipped via UPS, you can track the location of your package. When UPS is unable to deliver to your address, they will send you a postcard so that you can pick it up or request another delivery. However, if they are unable to deliver, they will then send it back to us.

2)      If the package is shipped via USPS, the post office will notify you when your package has arrived. You may need to pick it up at the Post Office or the carrier may deliver it to your address. If they are unable to deliver to you, they should send the package back to us. And at that time we will then attempt to contact you via email or phone.
