In Case of missing/wrong items from delivered packages

we will look into our recordes/ pictures to see if the shortage/error happend on our end. if so, we will be happy to assiste in a timely manner to solve the issue.
Shippment stuck in trasite and taking a vary long time to get here.
WE can not do much in these cases but to wait and call the carrier to figure out why the package is stuck and taking too long. if we recive the package back, we will send it back again to the owner with no issues. customers needs to understand that this is something out of our control. we also recommend that the receiver make a claim with the carrier as well.

If the package was stolen or damaged while been shipped by carrier, the carrier only can assist you with the process of covering back your lost package. Please have all the information pertaining to the package ready so you can inform the carrier agent.
